Maize received from hoppers, pre-cleaned with aspirators and rotary sieves to remove dust, cobs and foreign matter

Moisture added and maize rested to soften the pericarp, improving de-germination efficiency and flour yield

De-germ aspirators separate the germ (high oil content) from the endosperm — producing cleaner flour with longer shelf life

What's Included in a Vezora Maize Mill

Our turnkey package covers every piece of equipment from raw intake to finished product dispatch — including all conveyors, elevators, ducting, electrical wiring and civil drawings. We do not hand over individual machines; we hand over a working plant.

All equipment is manufactured to international standards, pre-assembled and test-run at our partner facility in India before shipment. On arrival, our engineers handle mechanical assembly, electrical connection and commissioning.
