Magnetic separators, de-stoners and aspirators clean the oilseeds; cracking, dehulling and conditioning prepare them for extraction

Hexane-based extraction recovers residual oil from press cake — meal desolventiser-toaster (DT) removes residual solvent and toasts meal
Phosphoric/citric acid degums the crude oil; caustic soda removes free fatty acids — the base of the refining sequence
Bleaching earth removes color pigments and trace metals; leaf filters separate spent earth from the bleached oil
Steam stripping under vacuum removes odours, free fatty acids and pesticide residues; refined oil cooled, polished and packed in PET/jerrycans/drums
Our turnkey scope spans the complete oil chain — seed pre-treatment, mechanical pressing, solvent extraction, refining and packing. We work with sunflower, palm, soya, groundnut, sesame, cottonseed and rapeseed.
Equipment is pre-assembled at our partner facility, run-tested with seed/oil samples, then shipped to Africa where our engineers handle erection, piping, electrical commissioning and operator training.
